Return Policy
Returns will be accepted within 15 days of delivery for items found to be defective or that have not been used any way. No refunds will be issued. Defective items will be exchanged with identical items or store credit will be issued. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Buyers should contact us via the Contact Us page BEFORE returning an item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returning an item without an RMA number will result in delays and potentially in additional fees. A detailed description of issues encountered with the item is required. All technical questions should be directed to the Technical Support of the product manufacturers.
Returned items should include original packaging and all accessories they were shipped with, and must be in the same condition they were received. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All returns will be inspected prior to pursuing further action.
Returned items should be accompanied by the RMA number, dated sales receipt, and customer information, including their shipping address where the repaired or replacement item should be sent back.
IMPORTANT: We do not provide or condone the use of third party software. Using third party software may be illegal and void the product warranty. If returned items contain such software, the item will be sent back to the buyer and they will be responsible for the related shipping costs.
